Innovation is the ingredient vitally necessary for successful, sustainable and profitable growth in a company. However to be innovative is not sufficient or guaranteed to lead to success. More than the bright idea is necessary and often the imitator rather than the innovator is the one who carries out the profits in the end. Learners will find themselves immersed in a highly practical and interactive environment over the 5-days discussing what makes an effective innovative company and team.
