Level 7 Diploma and Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is designed for those working in business management or other sectors with a responsibility for management and leadership. You will develop a range of skills and techniques, personal qualities and attitudes essential for successful performance in the management sector
Learners will need to meet the requirements outlined in the table below before the qualification can be awarded.

Assessment consists of a mix of coursework.
- Candidates should possess a recognised Bachelors Degree in any discipline or overseas equivalent.
- Candidates who do not possess the required academic qualifications but have a minimum of five years experience of working in a strategic management position are also encouraged to submit an application.
- English language ability equivalent to IELTS 6.5.
- Student should be of the age of 19 years or above at the time of admission
This course is expected to be completed within 1.5 years. However, our online
distance learning students have flexibility in setting their own pace of study, which means that the course can be completed in a period of 1 to 2 years.
All online study materials and student handbooks are supplied. You will be allocated a tutor for academic support who you can contact as often as you like by telephone and email. You will also have access to a Student Support Co-ordinator for administrative support. You will also complete an online induction and have access to an online virtual learning environment.
Flexible Distributed Learning
We recommend an average of 12-15 hours study time per week for this programme.
No exemptions are allowed for this programme.
In addition to a completed application form:
- Copies of your relevant certificates and/or transcripts.
- One suitable work reference.
- Copy of your CV detailing your work history (covering the last five years).
- Proof of English language ability (IELTS), if English is not your first language or you have not previously studied in English.

The Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership consists of 4 mandatory units and 2 optional units, making a combined total of 120 credits, 1200 hours Total Qualification Time (TQT) and 600 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) for the completed qualification.

- a university graduate who is over 22 years old, or
- a non-university graduate over 24-year-old, and with at least five years of managerial experience.
