This pathway leads to the final year of a Bachelor’s program. The HND in Human Resource Management prepares you for a career in HRM or for further education by developing foundational knowledge of human resource management theories and related concepts. The HND in Business (Human Resource Management) offers an introduction to the key areas of human resource management, which includes understanding the roles and functions of HRM.

This foundational knowledge is then expanded to provide a broader perspective on HRM practices. Topics covered include training and employee development, employment relationships at both organizational and national levels, as well as industrial conflict, dispute resolution, and negotiation
