A flexible, industry-relevant programme designed for future professionals.

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
A Level 5 qualification, the Higher National Diploma (HND), is equivalent to the second year of a UK Bachelor’s Degree and includes an embedded Level 4 qualification, the Higher National Certificate (HNC).
This pathway leads to the final year of a Bachelor’s program. The HND in Human Resource Management prepares you for a career in HRM or for further education by developing foundational knowledge of human resource management theories and related concepts.
